XpPlanIt is an internet tool that helps distributed teams to do their XP planning. It follows the XP approach of planning as described in AboutXp.

With XpPlanIt you can:

• assign task cards to an iteration and move them around
• assign difficulty points to a task
• keep track of the progress
• let the developers grasp a card
• see the impact of overload immediately
• embrace change by adapting contents and structure of your planning easily to your actual development

XpPlanIt is open to a whole range of different UsageOptions. It is a principle of XpPlanIt to strive for the least possible set of of restrictions while keeping a consistent structure.

XpPlanIt runs on a server hosted by Canoo Engineering AG. Only presentation data is sent to the client. That makes it easy to ensure a consistent model of your planning and keep every user informed about any ConcurrentChange.
